Questions
Does Billzify write reviews for my business?
No. Reviews come only from your real customers. Billzify sends your review link to customers after billing and helps you reply to the reviews they leave. Fake or paid reviews break Google's rules and can get a business profile restricted.
Will replies be posted without my permission?
No. Every reply is a draft until you or your authorised staff approve it. You can edit or discard any draft.
What do I need to connect Google?
A verified Google Business Profile and the Google account that is the owner or manager of it. You sign in with Google once and choose which locations to connect.
Can I disconnect later?
Yes, from Billzify settings or your Google Account permissions page. Your existing replies stay on Google; we stop all access and delete our stored token.
Do I need Billzify billing to use this?
Review replies work on their own. Automatic review links after billing need Billzify billing.
